Waterproofing was critical for the curbless shower, which had no threshold to contain water.

Limited ceiling height made ductwork for the new ventilation fan difficult to route.

Our Approach

Solutions

Applied a self-leveling compound and reinforced the subfloor to create a true, stable surface.
Used a linear trench drain with a sloped pan and full waterproofing membrane to direct water without a curb.
Installed a low-profile inline fan with concealed ducting to handle humidity without losing headroom.
